The 5th Hong Kong Brands and Products Shopping Festival Brings a Fun-filled Summer

Get ready for the ultimate shopping extravaganza brimming with incredible discounts, exciting deals, and summer fun! The 5th Hong Kong Brands and Products Shopping Festival (the Festival), organised by the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong (the CMA), is set to take place at the AsiaWorld-Expo from 1 to 4 August, offering a one-stop retailtainment experience to locals and tourists while boosting consumption vitality.

This year’s Festival will feature eight thematic zones: Leisure Food Zone; Health Preserving Food Zone; Living & Household Products Zone; Fashion & Beauty Products Zone; Chillax Zone; Yummy Food Zone; Hometown Flavors Zone; and Lai Yuen Playground Zone. With a total of 300 booths, the Festival will showcase an extensive array of products, including delicacies, wines, dried seafood and tonic foods, household and electronic goods, kitchenware, children’s products, and healthcare products.

At today’s (24 July) press conference, Dr Wingco Lo, President of the CMA, highlighted the significant upgrades to this summer edition of the esteemed Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo. “The Festival has been enhanced across all dimensions - from scale and product variety to discounts and rewards, and entertainment offerings,” he stated, “A key highlight is the new Hometown Flavors Zone, featuring authentic specialties and cultural elements from 10 Mainland provinces and cities. This allows visitors to experience China’s diverse culinary traditions in one venue while showcasing Hong Kong’s role as a strategic gateway for Mainland enterprises going global.”

Another exciting addition is the Lai Yuen Playground Zone, which will not only offer classic carnival games and amusement facilities but also recreate beloved Lai Yuen Amusement Park landmarks, including the iconic Ding-ding Boat and bumper cars - perfect photo spots for visitors to capture memorable moments. Additionally, the Festival will present an engaging lineup of stage programmes, busking, and parent-child competitive challenge, promising a dynamic summer experience for visitors of all ages.

During the Festival, various selected items will be available at massive discounts, some discounted up to 90% off or priced as low as HK$1. The Chillax Zone and Yummy Food Zone will offer special Happy Hour promotions daily from 4pm to 7pm, featuring limited-time food offerings at half price or lower - giving visitors the perfect opportunity to enjoy both bargain hunting and delicious street food.

In celebration of its significant milestone of the 5th stage, the organiser will launch “5th Anniversary Crazy Rewards”, giving away a total of HK$400,000 worth of valuable prizes. Visitors can win premium home appliances, health products, and kitchenware through an exciting series of lucky draws and interactive games.

Mr Albert Chuang, Vice President of the CMA and Vice Chairman of the CMA Exhibition Services Limited, emphasised that the Festival serves both as a summer destination for locals and a platform to showcase Hong Kong’s economic vitality to global visitors. “Through partnerships with Mainland travel agencies, we’re facilitating Greater Bay Area tour group visits, while offering complimentary admission to overseas and Mainland tourists presenting valid travel documents,” he stated. “Combined with our enhanced retailtainment offerings and promotional efforts, we’re confident in generating greater consumption momentum.”

The Festival will be open from 10:30am to 7pm daily (the Festival will close at 5:30pm on 4 August). Admission tickets are $10 each (free admission for children under 1 metre in height, citizens over the age of 65, and persons with disabilities). Special transportation arrangements will be available during the Festival to facilitate access for visitors from all districts.

Highlights of the Festival line-up:

• 300 booths in eight themed zones
• Gifts will be distributed to the first 500 visitors everyday
• Lucky Draw: To enter, fill out the lucky draw entry form in the Festival’s Shopping Guide. Exciting prizes, including household appliances and health products totaling HK$30,000, are available
• E-Consumption Lucky Draw: Visitors can get one lucky draw chance upon spending $300 or above with electronic payment (with a maximum of two same day receipts) or two lucky draw chances upon spending $600 or above (with a maximum of three receipts)
• HKBPE App lucky draws: From 24 July 2025 to 3 August 2025, participants can enter the lucky draws on the HKBPE App. Exciting prizes, including household appliances and kitchenware totaling HK$10,000, are available
• Joyful Rewards: Participants have the chance to win a grand prize by hitting the target time of 8:88s, or receive a lucky prize if they miss
• Limited distribution of 30 cocktails daily at 3pm in the Chillax Zone
• Fun-filled stage performances, game booths and busking

• Airport Express HK$65 Special Same-Day Return Fare Tickets between AsiaWorld-Expo and Hong Kong Station or Kowloon Station can be purchased at the designated counters with a vaild event proof; Special Same Day Return Fare Discount of HK$53 will be offered for passengers using the same Octopus to travel round-trip between AsiaWorld-Expo and Tsing Yi and stay in AsiaWorld-Expo for a minimum of 1 hour (The offers are bound by related terms and conditions)
